To think that I almost said no. Life has thrown me a few curveballs and my past had me wanting to say no to new opportunities. My husband asked me to create a life with him and this notion terrified me. I prayed on it and thought about it said no to a few dates and something clicked in my heart that made me say yes the next time he asked me on a date. I said "ok fine letletss go on ONE date." The rest is, well..., history. Our one year marriage anniversary is coming up in October and it has made me think a lot about my life. I have to say, my life has been extraordinary. To think that I have been able to survive the circumstances and simply live a peaceful life just because I listened to God's answers to my prayers.
God has a strange sense of humor and direction. Oftentimes, I do not have a clue where He is going with my life, but then I look back and I see the beauty in all the chaos and how He was there every step of the way. It makes me continue to think...
